Dear Valued Customer, We observing intermittent Outbound call failures in India towards Mumbai region. Calls originating from international caller IDs toward India are not affected. All other services are operating normally. We are actively working with our carrier partner to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please contact Plivo Support for any questions.
