Information zu aktuellen Störungen bei .de-Domains

Sehr geehrte Kunden,

aktuell kommt es zu Störungen bei der Erreichbarkeit von .de-Domains. Ursache hierfür sind Probleme im zentralen DNS-System der deutschen Domainverwaltung (DENIC), insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security Extensions).

Aktuell äußert sich die Störung so, dass:
- Webseiten teilweise nicht erreichbar sind
- DNS-Abfragen mit Fehlern abbrechen (z. B. „SERVFAIL“)
- einige Seiten weiterhin funktionieren, wenn sie noch im Cache gespeichert sind

Die Ursache liegt außerhalb der eigenen Infrastruktur und betrifft große Teile der deutschen Internet-Infrastruktur. Ihre Systeme, Server und Anwendungen laufen weiterhin stabil.

Wir beobachten die Situation kontinuierlich und informieren Sie, sobald neue Erkenntnisse vorliegen oder die Störung behoben ist.

We are currently experiencing issues with the availability of .de domains. These issues are caused by problems in the central DNS system of the German domain registry (DENIC), particularly in connection with DNSSEC (Domain Name System Security Extensions).

Currently, the issue manifests itself as follows:
- Some websites are unavailable
- DNS queries are aborting with errors (e.g., “SERVFAIL”)
- Some pages continue to function if they are still stored in the cache

The cause lies outside our own infrastructure and affects large parts of the German internet infrastructure. Your systems, servers, and applications continue to run stably.

We are monitoring the situation continuously and will inform you as soon as new information becomes available or the disruption is resolved
