Outage Details

An issue has been identified that caused the ChartPic mobile application login portal to be unresponsive starting on 3/12/2024 at approximately 1:00pm EST.

This has been resolved today 3/13/2024 at 11:52am EST and full service with the mobile application has been restored.

An issue has been identified that caused the ChartPic mobile application login portal to be unresponsive starting on 3/12/2024 at approximately 1:00pm EST.
