MDS Batch Submission Delays

PointClickCare has investigated and identified an issue that is causing up to 24 hour delays during MDS Batch Submissions. We are actively collaborating with our MDS partner to address this incident and are monitoring the situation closely. Further updates to follow as soon as they become available.

PointClickCare is working with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to resolve issues with MDS submission batches stuck in a status of Results Pending and delayed Final Validation Reports.
