It appears that one of the services we use, Mongo Atlas, is currently down. We're investigating the cause.

Polymail is back up for all platforms and providers.

Some notes:
- If you notice slow syncing, this is just while Polymail "catches up" with your inbox as many of us have huge inboxes that take a moment to sync, but it will catch/speed up.
- There's a fix in the app store if you use iOS.
- You may need to go into settings to Clear Cache which takes about 10-15 min and will also clear cache on all platforms (clearing cache in iOS will also reset desktop and web).
- We're aware of an issue with forwarding attachments or sending attachments from templates and are working on that now.

iOS has a new App Store update available, which fixes the syncing issue. Syncing, sending should all be fixed on all clients and platforms. Let us know if you run into anything else so that we can address it. Thanks again for your patience.

We're still waiting for Gmail to remove the rate limit it imposed when Polymail went down. We're going to turn off Gmail temporarily and reenable in 24 hours.

We suggest using Gmail/Apple Mail/etc. this weekend and enjoying yourself. We'll be working on it til we're back up completely. Thanks for your patience.

We’re still working on bugs and bringing everything back up. So sorry again for the extended downtime. All providers are now syncing, but not consistently, and your client may be out of sync. iOS is still down.

Polymail is still down but some services are coming back online.

Still seeing some syncing issues, which we're investigating. Desktop and web should start working (if desktop isn't syncing, try web), with Gmail now enabled. iOS is still being fixed. Appreciate you all.

If you use the Mac app, you may need to:
1. go to Terminal (cmd + space and type Terminal)
2. copy and paste this command rm -r /System/Volumes/Data/Users/$USER/Library/Application\ Support/Polymail
3. Restart Polymail

We've enabled Gmail. Still seeing syncing issues, investigating. Desktop and web may work (if desktop isn't working, try web). iOS is still being fixed. Appreciate you all.

We have re-enabled IMAP and Outlook email. Still investigating an issue with the Gmail API and will keep you up to date as we do. Thanks so much for your patience.

We are still working on the fix, so sorry again. We'll have Polymail back as soon as absolutely possible. No data has been lost or compromised, just a major change that we're working through on our side. Appreciate your support. πŸ™πŸ»

We know it sounds crazy, but we're still working on this fix. It was a major update, requiring a lot of new code, which we are testing and bug fixing as we speak. Thanks so much for being patient and for the supportive emails. We're working as fast as we possibly can.

We've been working through the night on a fix. One of our primary services, Mongo Atlas, made a change without notifying us beforehand, so we've been working on a fix on out side. Really appreciate your patience. πŸ™πŸ»
