With the assistance of our wallet provider, we were able to identify the issue and it has now been resolved. Bitcoin transactions are flowing as expected and we are actively working to resolve any remaining pending transfers. We will continue to monitor transactions for a while longer to ensure proper operation until we are comfortable that the issue has been completely resolved and will not return.
