Prime Rails - Signet Latency

We have implemented a fix and are currently monitoring both inbound and outbound Signet transfers to ensure they are successful. We will remain fully engaged and actively monitoring.

We are continuing to work with our Signet provider to identify and apply a fix. We have a workaround in place to handle any Signet transfers that are delayed. We will continue to keep you updated on progress of the fix.

We identified an issue with the Prime Trust connection to Signet causing transactions to stall and require intervention by Prime Trust. We are working with the Signet provider to apply a fix to this connection. Once in place we will verify that transactions can flow through without issue. We appreciate your patience as we work through this with our provider and will keep you updated on our progress.

We are currently experiencing latency with our inbound and outbound Signet transfers. This impacts only customers utilizing our Signet platform for funds transfers. A workaround is in place but customers may experience a slight delay in the settlement of transfers. Our Engineering team is actively investing the issue and we will provide an update on their progress as more information becomes available.
