Prime Rails - Degraded System Performance

We are continuing to monitor funds processing on our payment rails. We have seen some improvement over the past few hours and continue to investigate possible causes. This is impacting a small number of our customers. We will provide another update by the end of our business day.

Prime Trust has identified latency around the funds transfer part of our payment rails. This is isolated to a small number of customers and we have applied changes to our platform to help alleviate the slowness. We are continuing to monitor and will remain fully engaged.
