Ethereum-related services unavailable during the Ethereum Merge

Ethereum migration completed by the network. Prime Trust and our wallet provider are continuing to monitor for next few hours.

Ethereum mainnet is undergoing the update to transition from Proof-of-Work (PoW) to Proof-of-Stake (PoS), also known as the Merge. At this time, our provider for blockchain infrastructure has halted all activities on the Ethereum blockchain, including Ethereum’s L2 chains, as the network might be unstable during this period. This means the processing of contributions and disbursements of ETH and other Ethereum-based cryptocurrencies and tokens is temporarily paused. A list of Ethereum’s L2 that are impacted can be found below.

It is estimated that the downtime will last 2-4 hours, and the network will be monitored closely by our wallet provider. There is no current action item for customers. Once the Merge and our internal tests are complete, all activities will be re-enabled and the status will be updated accordingly here.
