AWS has confirmed that the underlying issues in US regions are now resolved, and Prophix engineers have validated that Prophix Cloud Services is operating normally. However, if you continue to experience any issues, please submit a ticket to our support team.

All services are now operating within normal parameters after our cloud provider AWS initiated further mitigations during the day. Our cloud operations teams are continuing to monitor the performance of Prophix Cloud Services in US regions to ensure continued stability and will take any additional actions needed to maintain reliability.

AWS has implemented updates to address the underlying infrastructure issues, and we are seeing sustained improvement across Prophix Cloud Services in US regions. We continue to closely monitor all Prophix Cloud Services as the AWS service stabilizes.

Some Data Integration Services jobs in US regions may continue to experience delays this evening as AWS clears residual backlogs in their event queues. Our teams are actively monitoring performance to ensure continued stability and will take any additional actions needed to maintain reliability.
