AWS has notified stakeholders that their services are in recovery and a solution was applied to all affected Availability Zones in the US-East-1 region. Agero engineers are monitoring services as they stabilize.

The AWS US-East-1 outage is still affecting Agero software platforms at this time. Agero engineers are engaged in creating workarounds for the provider outage and we will share updates as soon as they are available or as soon as AWS has information available regarding a solution to their incident.
