Puzzel Incident Notification

We would like to inform you that Telenor has confirmed an ongoing incident affecting Puzzel SMS Services and Voice calls for Telenor subscribers in Norway. Consequently, some customers in Norway may experience difficulties sending SMS messages and encounter interruptions in calls.

Please note that while this is not a Puzzel incident, it may be affecting Puzzel services. Telenor is actively investigating this incident with high priority. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
