Customers may be experiencing problems logging on and accessing the service.

Our Operations team are currently investigating this issue as a priority.

Puzzel engineers have identified a networking hardware issue in one of our datacenters as the cause of the incident affecting Puzzel Case Management and are preparing a failover as part of mitigation efforts.

Please note that the ongoing incident is affecting Puzzel Sales Intelligence, not Puzzel Case Management as mentioned in our last update.
