Qualtrics experienced a ticketing system issue in the Eastern US region that caused latency when users tried to access existing tickets or use ticket functions. The problem affected the Ticketing component and lasted for 45 minutes before being resolved. Users in the Eastern US region experienced delays with their ticketing workflows during this period.
