Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified the issue and has implemented a fix for all modules except Total Cloud/Cloudview. We are continually monitoring the results. This incident will be monitored through resolution.
The investigation is ongoing for Total Cloud/Cloudview. Further updates will be shared as soon as they become available.
