Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue causing the EU Platform 1. Portal applications (Web Application Scanning, Continuous Monitoring, Threat Protection and Web Application Firewall) are inaccessible to the users intermittently. As a workaround, customers can use the URL: https://certs.qualys.eu/ to navigate to the impacted portal applications. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
