Completes not registering on surveys

This incident has been resolved.

We are now caught up with converting the queued "complete" data. The issue has been resolved our side, and we will continue to monitor throughout the weekend.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our users.

The Walr tech team are still working hard on fixing this issue. They are making good progress.

We will update again when more progress has been made or the issue is fixed.

We expect this to be resolved in the next 2-5 hours.

We are experiencing an issue with the inverter on survey design.

The inverter is not working correctly and we have several thousand completes in the queue to be inverted. This means quotas are currently not updating and users won't be able to see completed data right now.

However, the data is there and will NOT be lost, it is delayed to be registered(made complete).

It would be a good practice to pause fieldwork on those surveys to make sure you don't over quota.
