May 2026: Connection issue to Nets platform.
Quickpay experienced a 6.1-hour connection issue with the Nets payment platform that prevented payment authorizations from processing, affecting multiple acquirers including Nets, NetsTeller, Bambora, Handelsbanken, Swedbank, and Elavon. The problem originated from Nets' authorization traffic issues, and Quickpay recommended customers temporarily switch to Clearhaus as an alternative acquirer during the outage. Service was restored when Nets resolved their platform issues and transactions began processing successfully again.
