The Quickpay Manager platform experienced a major incident with increased login failures, preventing users from accessing manage.quickpay.net and causing authentication error messages. The technical team identified the root cause of the authentication issues. The incident lasted 36 minutes before resolution.

Quickpay's VIPPS MobilePay service experienced degraded performance affecting ePayments functionality for some users over 6.8 hours. The issue originated with an external provider and impacted the Payment component. A fix was implemented and the service was restored to normal operation with monitoring in place.
