We are aware that Raptor users are currently experiencing a service interruption, impacting the delivery of SMS and Email Notifications across all products. Raptor Engineering is aware of the root cause of the issue and working towards a resolution.
We understand the impact this interruption is having on your district. Fully restoring service as quickly as possible is our top priority.
If your district uses the Raptor system for emergency management initiation, response, and recovery AND relies on SMS or Email Notifications, please plan for alternative methods until resolution is reached.
Please note that Push Notifications and Critical Alerts are NOT impacted by this service disruption.
