発生しておりました以下の障害が解消されたことをお知らせいたします。
■障害内容：LINE公式アカウント連携にて、画像の送信ができない。
■発生日時：2025年1月16日（木） 18時30分頃 ～ 1月17日（金）12時30分頃
現在はLINE公式アカウント連携にて、画像の送信が問題なく行えます。
この度は多大なご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。
本日Re:lationにて、以下障害が発生しております。
■障害内容：LINE公式アカウント連携にて、画像の送信ができない。
■発生日時：2025年1月16日（木） 18時30分頃～現在
ただいま調査および対応にあたっており、本日正午を目安に修正を行う予定です。
なお、画像ではなくテキストの送信に問題はありません。
画像を送信する回避策としては以下の通りです。
回避策1）プロフィール画像を設定する
1. 画面左上の歯車アイコン＞サービス連携設定［LINE］＞［プロフィール］よりプロフィールを設定
2. LINEメッセージエリアのアイコンをクリックし、設定したプロフィール選択の上画像を送信する
回避策2）LINE公式アカウントで送信をする
※この場合、Re:lation上に履歴は残りません。
