Email history is now up to date and no longer experiencing delays or issues. Emails with missing "To" addresses in the CRM from Oct. 10, 2024, to Nov. 15, 2024, are currently being processed and will display correctly once re-indexing is complete.
Our team has upgraded our infrastructure, and there should be noticeable improvements in archive processing times this week. We anticipate further improvement in the coming week as we continue to optimize this process.
Our engineers are actively working through the backlog and expect the process to be completed within the next seven days, with indexing to follow a few days after that based on current projections. The team is also prioritizing a solution for the missing "To" addresses from the period of Oct. 10 to Nov. 11. The timeframe for resolving the missing addresses is still being determined and is not included in the current projections.
