Email delays with file transfer notifications

Emails are being delivered more rapidly now and you should be seeing normal delivery times shortly.

We are seeing delivery delays with file transfer notification emails. Our email delivery provider has confirmed they are working on the issue.

You should still be receiving these notification emails, but they might be taking longer than normal to reach your inbox.

In the meantime, make sure to keep an eye on the "Transfers" screen in your Control Center. You can turn on desktop notifications to get instant alerts when a transfer is received.
