Some Water Leak Detectors may currently appear off-line in the First Alert App.
While your device(s) may appear off-line in the app, if a water leak is detected, the detector will correctly alert and send an in-app notification.
We expect devices to be restored to online status within 12 hours or users may reset the device by pressing the button for two seconds or less.
We are working to correct the issue and apologize for any inconvenience.
