RESOLVED about 5 years ago - at 09/07/2020 10:26PM

Due to a configuration error, our primary 3rd party network provider (Cloudflare) caused a widespread outtage for Internet properites around the world. This may have affected as many as 25% of websites, including RFP360. The outtage lasted 27 minutes and only affected some geographic regions. More information is available on the Cloudflare blog.
