A portion of Engage Voice customers may be experiencing calling issues. Internal testing and metrics are still showing that services have been restored. RingCentral Operations teams are confirming restoration of service through end-user feedback, and will continue monitoring services for stability, providing further updates as they become available. The next update will occur the morning of 20 July 2023.
