RingCentral Operations teams have taken action to restore faxing services and are seeing outbound faxes process. Teams have confirmed that outgoing faxing queues are still high at this time and sending of faxes will be delayed. Teams have introduced additional capacity to more quickly process queued faxes. The next update will be sent in 4 hours, or if there is a significant change in status. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.
