A portion of customers may be unable to stream video for RingCentral Events. This issue is affecting customers using Stages as the default setup, however, as a workaround, users can switch to Sessions. RingCentral Operations teams are currently troubleshooting the issue and will provide the next update in 4 hours, or when a significant change in status occurs. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.

RingCentral Operations teams have confirmed that the vendor has identified the root cause for the issue and are working on a fix. The next update will be provided in 4 hours, or when a significant change in status occurs.
