A portion of customers may be unable to stream video for RingCentral Events. This issue is affecting customers using Stages as the default setup, however, as a workaround, users can switch to Sessions. RingCentral Operations teams are currently troubleshooting the issue and will provide the next update in 4 hours, or when a significant change in status occurs. RingCentral Operations teams have confirmed that the vendor has identified the root cause for the issue and are working on a fix. The next update will be provided  in 4 hours, or when a significant change in status occurs.
