RingCentral Operations teams have successfully rolled back a recent change and internal testing is showing that the issue has cleared. Teams are now confirming restoration of service through end-user feedback. Teams will continue to monitor for stability. Please log out of the RingCX agent portion of the application, log out of the RingCentral web application, restart the application, and log back in. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care. The next update will be provided in 4 hours or when a significant change in status occurs.

RingCentral Operations teams have determined that this issue is only affecting RingCX agents using the Single Pane of Glass (SPOG) feature to login through the RingCentral web application. As a workaround, affected users can use the desktop application. Teams are continuing to investigate the issue. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care. The next update will be provided in 4 hours or when a significant change in status occurs.
