The issue causing the "no logs found" error when attempting to download logs has been resolved. After a thorough investigation, our team has successfully implemented a solution.

Please note that for River Runs in the US console (https://console.rivery.io/) during the period between 09:00 and 12:45 UTC on September 12, 2024, logs may not be available in the activity page.
