The DNS connectivity issue has been fixed, and our services are fully operational. Note that users who accessed our services during the outage may need to clear their DNS cache. Contact support@rossum.ai if issues persist.
This incident has been resolved. If you continue to have issues please contact support.
We are continuing to investigate this issue. The problem remains only in Japan and EU Frankfurt deployments due to different DNS settings.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Clearing DNS cache can speedup the DNS propagation.
We are currently experiencing a partial DNS outage causing application unavailability for some customers. The issue has already been resolved but the problem can persist for tens of minutes until DNS records propagate.
