We will post a root cause analysis as soon as it is available.

SaaS Operations is continuing to work on implementing a fix in partnership with our cloud service provider. Cloud Administration services are seeing overall improvement.

This issue is currently only impacting Cloud Administration functions. Cloud authentication services are not impacted by this incident.
