We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting production tenants in US-East-1. Tenants display a 404 Error when attempting to access the site. We are working to restore functionality and will continue to post updates to this page.

This issue has been resolved, production tenants in US-East-1 are now accessible.

There was a configuration error in one of our backend services which prevented a key microservice from correctly receiving requests. This caused production tenants in US-East-1 to display a 404 error, preventing users from logging in. There will be a formal RCA that you can obtain from your CSM.
