We are currently working to address an issue with Workflows being degraded in the US-East-1 region. Workflows are occasionally timing out and not completing successfully. We will continue to post updates here as we have them.

This issue has been resolved and Workflow timeouts have subsided. If you continue to experience Workflow timeouts, please contact SailPoint Support.

We have identified and remediated the issue causing Workflows to occasionally timeout. We are moving into a monitoring state to validate that the timeouts have fully subsided.
