Saleo experienced a major outage affecting Saleo Capture, preventing embedded tours from loading and blocking access to the tour editor. The incident lasted 19 minutes and was identified and investigated by the team. The outage impacted users' ability to create and view interactive product tours through the platform.

Saleo experienced increased error rates when publishing tables through their extension, with captures (both library and playbook) also failing to load during the 55-minute incident. The Saleo Live and Saleo Capture components were affected, while live demo playbook remained functional. The team identified the cause as a recent deploy issue and resolved it through a rollback, though the fix took longer than initially expected.
