At approximately 03:13 UTC on February 04, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a service disruption affecting customers on the USA19, DEU11, FRA11, and CAN29 instances of the Salesforce Cloud Production environment. Customers may experience an inability to log into Salesforce or access their services. The Technology team is investigating the issue, including the impact of the recent Major Release, as well as exploring multiple paths to resolution.
