Outage Details

There’s a Commerce Cloud Services Shopper Login and API Service (SLAS) performance degradation affecting connections to Login, Trusted System Login, Password Less Login, Shopper Token generation, Shopper Token Refresh and Shopper Logout. During a performance degradation, some users can access the service. But some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

At 09:04 UTC, on May 19, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team is aware of the performance degradation, impacting the shopper Login and API (Application programming interface) service (SLAS). During the performance degradation customers can't complete their checkout transaction using the SLAS component. The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to resolve the issue.
