Multiple engineering teams are continuing to investigate the issue. The trigger of the issue is still unknown, and further analysis is in progress to understand the issue.

The recent configuration change was rolled back, but this was unsuccessful, and the issue persists. Additional engineering teams have been engaged to analyze the logs to better understand the issue.

The reboot at the hardware level was unsuccessful, and connections are still failing. A recent configuration change is being investigated. If the change is determined to be related to the connection failures, a rollback of this change may be necessary.

Further investigation has determined that this issue is not network-related. The team is performing a reboot at the hardware level. We are also pursuing further paths to identify the trigger of the issue.

The Technology teams attempted to restart an unresponsive server and switch to a healthy server to alleviate the issue; however, this did not resolve the issue. The teams continue to investigate the issue.

At 06:41 UTC on June 27, 2024, The Salesforce technology team noted a feature degradation. The issue is intermittent and impacting support services' ability to use the application tier. Features such as Custom Big objects, Chatbots, Login Forencis, Field Audit Trail, and Chatter may experience intermittent accessibility issues. The Technology team is exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue and implement a fix to restore the services.
