Service Disruption

We are performing a failover of the database node in an attempt to alleviate the impact. This action is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

On July 1, 2024, at 20:50 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a service disruption on DEU62S. During a service disruption, end users are unable to access the service. We are actively investigating what triggered this issue and working to mitigate the impact as quickly as possible.

The Salesforce Technology team has identified a potential trigger for the issue and is working on implementing a fix to resolve it. We don’t have an estimated time for the completion of all workstreams at this point; however, we will provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.
