At 21:00 UTC on July 7, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature degradation in the Analytics service on multiple instances. During this time, customers may receive an error or be unable to create a new dashboard. The specific step involving the creation of charts, or "recipes," when setting up a new dashboard is not functioning. We are performing restarts to restore services. We appreciate your patience as we work towards resolving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
