We are observing improvements following app restarts on multiple instances and continue this as a primary path to resolution. The release rollback was completed on USA746; however, we have ruled this out as a trigger.
Additionally, we have identified USA566 as being impacted. This instance has been added to the posting and will receive communications going forward.

The release rollback is in progress on USA746. Once completed, we will validate it. We expect this to take approximately 30-60 minutes. Restarting problematic apps across impacted instances continues, and we continue to confirm the full scope of impact.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is narrower than initially understood. We will now remove USA720 as we determined this instance has not experienced an impact, and this will no longer receive communications about this incident going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post from 01:54 to 01:00 UTC. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
Further investigations have highlighted that several apps across the impacted instances are experiencing issues following earlier restarts. Work is underway to restart these. We also continue to roll back the recent release on a single instance and expect to have this validated shortly.
