On August 13, 2024, at 00:50 UTC, a subset of customers who were previously on NA91 began seeing performance degradation when using the Email to Case functionality. Customers were migrated to another instance, as per the standard process; however, the Email to Case script is still pointing to NA91. The inbound emails are currently in a "store and retry" state. The team is working on multiple paths to fix the issue. Customers who were not previously on NA91 won’t be affected.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
