There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

At 07:15 UTC, September 5, 2024: The team successfully restored performance levels on all the affected Hyperforce cells except DEU86, and GBR108s. We continue to work on restoring performance levels for the remaining cells

At 05:50 UTC, September 5, 2024: The Salesforce Technology team confirms that configuration changes made to storage capacity on affected Hyperforce cells have restored performance levels for customers, on all but three impacted cells. The final cells, GBR110s, GBR108s, and DEU12s remain affected by performance issues, with all other cells being restored.

We will provide an update in 60 minutes, or as new information becomes available.

At 02:30 UTC, September 5, 2024: The Salesforce Technology team continues to investigate capacity issues affecting multiple cells and undertake remediation actions. System performance remains at normal levels for customers at this time, and we continue to monitor performance.

Upon further investigation, we have identified additional Hyperforce cells that were impacted and have updated the Trust post accordingly. System performance remains at normal levels, and we will continue to monitor the services closely.
