Impact on USA9002, USA9004S, USA9008, USA9010S, USA9014, USA9016S, USA9020, USA9022S, and USA9026 has been resolved as of 20:13 UTC.

The fix is continuing to process on USA9006S, USA9012S, USA9018S, and USA9024S.

The resolution plan is still being implemented to restore service for the subset of our customers subscribed to the specific eventlog file monitoring feature. This process is ongoing and may take several days to complete.

We are continuing to implement a resolution plan to bring the subset of customers who are subscribed to specific event monitoring features out of impact as quickly as possible. We expect this will take multiple days to complete.
