At 01:32 UTC, on February 5, 2025, the Salesforce Technology team identified a service disruption impacting the CS271 instance. The team has identified that a recent release is the trigger for this incident and is investigating rolling back this release to restore services to customers. Customers with services hosted on the CS271 POD will not be able to access them.
