The Salesforce Technology team is preparing to redeploy the earlier release to CS271 as incorrect configurations of the earlier release have been identified as the cause of the issue, not the release itself. The team is also restarting the app servers to bring services back up, while also investigating the logs to identify if there are any additional factors affecting CS271.
We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 01:32 UTC, on February 5, 2025, the Salesforce Technology team identified a service disruption impacting the CS271 instance. The team has identified that a recent release is the trigger for this incident and is investigating rolling back this release to restore services to customers. Customers with services hosted on the CS271 POD will not be able to access them.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
