There’s a Salesforce CRM Analytics feature degradation where some users may have issues using certain functionalities, such as creating new reports, dashboards, or connections. Additionally, viewing previously created reports and dashboards may be limited, or viewed items may contain data that is not up to date. We’re investigating the issue and full customer impact. An update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

The rollback on the test instance has been completed. We have validated that this was successful and are performing the rollback to all impacted instances. This is underway, and as it progresses, customers should start seeing improvements to impacted functionality

The rollback of the recent deployment will be tested on one instance. If this is successful in resolving the impact, it will be performed for all impacted instances.

We have identified a recent deployment that we believe is the trigger of the issue and are pursuing a rollback to bring customers out of impact.
