We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue and have engaged additional teams to assist with the investigation. We are also working on updating the configurations to perform a rolling restart.

Starting at 17:48 UTC, we noted a performance degradation impacting our Commerce Cloud services in the EU region. During this time, a subset of customers using an Application Programming Interface (API) based implementation may experience 5xx errors. We are actively investigating the triggers of this issue and working on identifying a fix.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
