The rollback on the test instance was unsuccessful. Further investigations have shown an underlying issue with a recent Planner service release. A rollback on the planner service has shown positive results. We are now initiating a rollback across all the remaining impacted instances.

Additional instances were identified to be experiencing a similar impact, and we have updated the posting to reflect this.

We are investigating 5xx internal errors that prevent Agentforce users from logging in to the Agent Builder page and interacting with existing agents. We have determined that a recent release is likely the trigger for this issue, and we are working on rolling back the release in an effort to resolve the issue.
