We have identified a potential trigger for this issue and are rolling back a recent change as part of our remediation efforts. The rollback is expected to take several hours to complete.

A subset of customers may be experiencing failures with Databricks data streams due to DNS failures, preventing new data from being ingested into Data Cloud. As a result, downstream processes and dependencies — including segmentation, activation, and reporting — may be disrupted.
We are actively investigating the trigger of this issue and will provide an update within the next 60 minutes, or sooner if new information becomes available.

During this time, customers using the Databricks Data Stream connector may experience failures, resulting in no new data being ingested into Data Cloud. This disruption can cause delays in customer engagement activities and lead to incomplete insights. Key downstream processes such as Segmentations, Activations, and Reporting will be directly impacted, affecting business decision-making and timely customer interactions.
