Upon further investigation, we can confirm that GovCloud customers are not impacted by this issue, and their instance has been removed from this Trust post.

We have identified a certificate expiration issue, if your active application or API on Runtime Fabric has not been updated/restarted, or if your Anypoint Monitoring Agent on Hybrid Standalone targets has not been updated since June 10, 2025. Please follow the instructions in the article below to mitigate impact.
