Upon further investigation, our teams have ruled out any relation between the impact and the recent release. The engineering team is actively investigating the possible cause of the issue.

We've decided that creating a managed package fix is the best approach to resolve the issue. The fix is expected to take 48 hours to create, validate, and deploy.

We have identified that the issue is related to an ongoing release. We are working on creating a fix for affected customers affected by the issue. In parallel, we are halting the deployment to prevent any further impact.

A subset of customers on sandbox instances may experience a feature degradation impacting their ability to generate documents. This is only impacting documents where the templates contain Rich Text Box fields. Customers are experiencing that the deployment is stuck or failing.
